Even though the FDA does not like to admit that any natural products can help your health, they finally had no choice in the matter of Essential Fatty Acids. Fatty acids are in all fats. It is an organic acid made up of a chain of carbon atoms that are connected to hydrogen atoms. Many people have studied the brain and the effect of Omega 3 on it. Researchers believe that if we eat our Omega 3’s and 6’s our brains work better. We know that the membranes in the brain are encased in a sheath made up of these two Omega Fatty Acids. Apparently, according to researches, the most communicative membranes contain lots of Omega 3’s and they are the most flexible. Did you know that 60% of your brain is fat?
