Why Do We Need Minerals Every Day?
Why do we need more minerals than we find in our food and multivitamins every day? Because the food supply today is deplete in many minerals, we need more than most of us realize. The farmers today do not plough under alfalfa and mustard greens the way they did when our grandparents farmed. Instead they use NPK and chemicals. NPK is Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potassium. Last time I checked we required lots more minerals than that. In fact we require over 70 plus minerals a day. And we want to get those in a form that our body can use. That means that the form of the mineral must be bioavailable to our system and that it should be combined with synergistic factors that make the body want to use the mineral right away.
The fact is that God made our body primarily out of water and minerals.
