King Coral Calcium contains all of the minerals that are required by the body.  In fact, it contains over 70 that are naturally found in both Coral and Kelp.  Both of these ingredients are found in King Coral Calcium.  Trace Minerals are synergistic elements, or keys, to making the major minerals and vitamins react appropriately in the body for sound nutrition building.  Trace minerals are deficient in soils due to modern day farming practices.  We do not always get the trace minerals we need from our daily intake of 9 fruits and vegetables.  That is because modern farming methods leave the soil depleted and so the fruits and vegetables do not have everything that they should have in them.
