Our bodies obtain oxygen when we breathe.  Many of us don’t know that we also obtain oxygen from water.  Actually, we obtain approximately 25% of oxygen from the water we drink.  As we age, our systems no longer function at full capacity.  Our bodies have toxins, which reduce the amount of lung capacity that we have.  We seem to drink less water.  Instead we choose other beverages.  Instant O₂ is a vital component in our daily supplement regimen.  The benefits to our body are invaluable as the oxygen levels in the body need to be sufficient or all of the other things that we do will be less effective. 

There are many factors that reduce the amount of oxygen in our bodies.  Carbonated beverages (such as sodas), smoking, alcohol, polluted air, stress, illness, lack of appropriate nutrients and other things rob us of oxygen.  Oxygen and water are required for making nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and trace minerals soluble and bioavailable.  This is how that works.  Oxygen is the molecule in the blood that carries all of the nutrients throughout our bodies.  Oxygen aids in converting nutrients to energy.
